Delete Your Account
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All workouts, logs, photos, chat history and your profile will be erased. Export your data first if you want to keep it (Settings → Data Management).
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions first, or you may keep being charged.

1. Delete inside the app (recommended)
The in-app flow verifies it is really you with two factors before anything is deleted:
- Open WARFORM and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
- Tap Send verification code — we email a 6-digit code to your account address (the code is stored only as a hash, expires in 10 minutes, and can be used once).
- Enter the code and your current password in the confirm screen. Both are verified server-side — a wrong password does not burn your code.
- Confirm the final warning. The deletion runs immediately.
2. What the deletion removes (full cascade)
One confirmed deletion erases everything tied to your account across our database and file storage:
- Workouts: all workout logs, per-exercise entries, per-set history, plans and their exercises, completion records.
- Logs: nutrition/food logs, water logs, sleep logs, body measurements, meal templates, food favourites, PFT results.
- Chat & social: your squad messages, conversation memberships, and friendships (removed on both sides).
- Photos: all files in your
meal-photos,progress-photosandavatarsstorage folders. - Email audit trail: your rows in
email_logs(delivery records keyed to your address). - System: push tokens, crash logs tied to your account, analytics events, medals, season progress, streak freezes, purchase ledger rows.
- Identity: your profile (freeing your Warrior name for others) and your authentication user itself.
Full detail, including the row-by-row cascade, is in the Privacy Policy (section 6, "Account deletion").
3. What remains after deletion
Deletion cannot reach data held outside our systems, and a few technical traces expire on their own:
- Google Play / RevenueCat purchase history — held by those providers under their own retention rules; we cannot delete it from their systems.
- Supabase PITR backup window — deleted live rows may persist in point-in-time-recovery snapshots for a limited infrastructure-defined window before being overwritten by the backup rotation.
- Anonymous crash rows — crash records captured before you signed in carry no user ID and remain by design.
- Expired OTP codes/tickets — already-expired verification records are not touched (they self-expire in 10–15 minutes anyway).
4. Lost access to the app?
Email support@warform.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, and send written confirmation when it is done.
5. Before you go
- Export your data: Settings → Data Management → "Export CSV" or "Full JSON".
- Cancel your subscription first: Google Play → Subscriptions → WARFORM Elite (deleting the account does not cancel it).
- Re-creating an account later starts from zero — previous history, medals and streaks cannot be restored.
